These Terms govern your use of ReviewMate and the services we provide. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ReviewMate provides human-written responses to Google reviews on your Google Business Profile. Our team will reply to new reviews within 1 business day of their appearance. When a negative review involves a conflict that needs to be resolved with the customer, we draft the response and send it to you for approval before it is posted publicly.
Pricing and billing
- Service is billed at $49 USD per location per month, in advance.
- New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period.
- Service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you provide.
- You must grant us the access needed to post replies, and revoke that access if you cancel.
- You must give us accurate information about your business so we can write appropriate replies.
Our responsibilities
- We will write all replies by human writers on our team.
- We will respond to every new review within 1 business day, or draft it for your approval within that window.
- We will treat your business and customers with professionalism.
- We will respect Google's review policies in everything we publish.
- We will only ask for your approval when a negative review involves a conflict that needs to be resolved with the customer. Other replies, including positive reviews and straightforward negatives, go out directly.
Acceptable use
We do not publish responses that violate Google's review policy, misrepresent your business, or could reasonably be expected to cause harm. We may decline to write a response we judge to be harmful or non-compliant, and will explain why.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except in cases where we have failed to deliver service as described in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
